Project: Procession of Little Angels
Event Description: Saturday Nov. 2nd 3pm-7pm
Number of Volunteers: 30 (10am- 8pm)
Activities: Unloading tables and art supplies from vehicles, setting up various zones for art activities, running power cables to zones around park, bagging trash, unloading equipment to be used onstage
Skill Sets: Lifting, Sorting,
Tools: Ladders, trucks, hand tools
2:30- 5:30pm Art Activities Assistants: Set-up tables and art supplies, clean brushes , simple prep for crafts, assist families as needed
Noon to 8pm- Children’s Altars: Assist families in Placing, Creating, attending and tearing down Altars during and after event.

Event Description: Oct. 19-22 10am-2pm

Event Description: All Souls Procession and Ceremony- Nov. 3rd- 4pm- 11pm
Number of Volunteers: 20-30
Ushers: Guide Procession safely and harmoniously along parade route, contact lead usher in case of emergency, Protect backstage area during ceremony, feed musicians into parade flow
Baffles: Create a physical barrier between disruptive attendees and participants
Number of Volunteers: 5-10
Activities: Attend Walk thru TBD., attend Walkie Talkie Orientation

2 hour shifts-3pm- 12pm
Number of Paid Personnel : 6 per event
Doors: scan tickets at Doors, wristband, take Donations, clicker for headcount
Stage Assist: Set-up and Move equipment, wrap cable, set-up chairs
Space Assist: Put away tables and chairs, clean up trash, sort recycling
Skill Sets: Event management/ Ticket taking/ Run Square app
Perks: Admission to all ASP Weekend Concerts $15-$20 per hour
Project: Event Crew– paid and volunteer positions

Activities: Set-up Merch Booth, Sales, Run Square app- process PP, Venmo
Skill Sets: Counting money, making change, running apps: square, PP, apple pay and Venmo, folding and organizing, retail sales exp. Helpful, customer service
