Project: Procession of Little Angels
Event Description: Saturday Nov. 5th 3pm- 7pm
Number of Volunteers: 30
Activities: Unloading tables and art supplies from vehicles, setting up various zones for art activities, running power cables to zones around park, bagging trash, unloading equipment to be used onstage
Skill Sets: Lifting, Sorting,
Tools: Ladders, trucks, hand tools
2:30- 5:30pm Art Activities Assistants: Set-up tables and art supplies, clean brushes , simple prep for crafts, assist families as needed
Noon to 8pm- Children’s Altars: Assist families in Placing, Creating, attending and tearing down Altars during and after event.

Project: Riverwalk Installation
Event Description: Nov. 4-8th, Interactive Installations along Santa Cruz River Loop
Number of Volunteers: 10
Activities:
Set-Up: Nov. 3- 4th/ Tear-Down: Nov. 8th: Unloading art supplies from vehicles, setting up various zones for activities
Skill Sets: Lifting, Sorting, Basic Craftiness, Walking Distances, some climbing, problem-solving, zip tie operations
Tools: Ladders, trucks, pliers, wire-cutters,

Project: Ushers for Procession
Event Description: All Souls Procession and Ceremony-Nov. 6th 5pm- 8pm
Number of Volunteers: 20-30
Ushers: Guide Procession safely and harmoniously along parade route, contact lead usher in case of emergency, Protect backstage area during ceremony, feed musicians into parade flow
Baffles: Create a physical barrier between disruptive attendees and participants
Number of Volunteers: 5-10
Activities: Attend Walk thru TBD., attend Walkie Talkie Orientation
Skill Sets: walking distances, de-escalation, problem-solving, good communications, crisis management

Busk for Donations to support ASP before and during Procession

Activities: Attend Orientation
Skill Sets: Performance skills: juggling, acrobatics, barking, Stilt walking, collecting tips

Event Description: All Souls Procession Concerts and After Party- Nov 4, 5th, 6th 5pm- 11pm
Number of Volunteers: 5 (4th and 5th) 10 Nov. 6th
Doors: Take tickets at Doors, wristband, take Donations, clicker for headcount
Stage Assist: Set-up and Move equipment, wrap cable, set-up chairs
Space Assist: Put away tables and chairs, clean up trash, sort recycling
Skill Sets: Event management/ Ticket taking/
Perks: Admission to ASP Weekend concerts

Activities: Set-up and tear down of stages, lighting and sound equipment,
Set-up and Move tables and chairs, sculptural elements, clean up trash, sort recycling
Skill Sets: stagehand experience, theater experience helpful, physical lifting, spacial awareness skills, problem-solving
Perks: Admission to ASP Weekend concerts/ some paid crew positions

Event Description: All Souls Procession Events * full schedule available upon sign-up
Number of Volunteers: 4 per event-
Activities: Set-up Merch Booth, connect readers and register, take $,
Doors: Take tickets at Doors, wristband, take Donations, clicker for headcount
Skill Sets: Counting money, making change, running apps: square, PP, apple pay and Venmo, folding and organizing, retail sales exp. Helpful, customer service
Perks: Pick of the litter
