Project: Procession of Little Angels note location change- to Literacy Connects Campus at 200 E Yavapai Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705
Event Time: Saturday Nov. 8th 3pm-7pm
Number of Volunteers: 20 (10am- 8pm)
Activities: Unloading tables and art supplies from vehicles, setting up various zones for art activities, running power cables to zones around park, bagging trash, unloading equipment to be used onstage
Skill Sets: Lifting, Sorting,
Tools: Ladders, trucks, hand tools
2:30- 5:30pm Art Activities Assistants: Set-up tables and art supplies, clean brushes , simple prep for crafts, assist families as needed
Project: Community Altar in Mercado District
Event Time: Altar Dedication Nov. 1st
Traditional Dia De Los Muertos Altar
Number of Volunteers: 10
Set-Up: Oct. 19- 1st / Tear-Down: Nov. 10-12: Unloading art supplies from vehicles, Helping place table covers, decorations memoria and statues on Altar and fenceline-
Skill Sets: Lifting, Sorting, Basic Craftiness, Walking Distances, some climbing, problem-solving, zip tie operations
Tools: Ladders, trucks, pliers, wire-cutters,
Project: Ushers for Procession
Event Time: All Souls Procession and Ceremony- Nov. 9th- 4pm- 11pm
Number of Volunteers: 20-30
Ushers: Guide Procession safely and harmoniously along parade route, contact lead usher in case of emergency, Protect backstage area during ceremony, feed musicians into parade flow
Baffles: Create a physical barrier between disruptive attendees and participants
Number of Volunteers: 5-10
Activities: Attend Walk thru TBD., attend Walkie Talkie Orientation
Skill Sets: walking distances, de-escalation, problem-solving, good communications, crisis management
Project: Ghost Buskers

Busk for Donations to support ASP before and during Procession
Number of Volunteers: 20
Activities: Attend Orientation
Skill Sets: Performance skills: juggling, acrobatics, barking, Stilt walking, collecting tips
Project: Dance of the Dead
Event Time: Sunday Nov 9th, 2025
2 / 4 and 6 hour shifts- 3pm- 12pm
Number of Paid Personnel : 6 per event
Doors: Scan tickets at Doors, wristband, take Donations, clicker for headcount
Space Assist: Put away tables and chairs, clean up trash, sort recycling
Skill Sets: Event management/ Ticket taking/ Run Square app
Perks: Admission to all ASP Weekend Concerts $15-$20 per hour
Project: Event Crew– paid and volunteer positions
Event Description: All Souls Procession Concerts, Main Event and After Party
Oct. 23- Nov. 6 multiple shifts
Number of Volunteers: 10
Activities: Set-up and tear down of stages, lighting and sound equipment,
Set-up and Move tables and chairs, sculptural elements, clean up trash, sort recycling
Skill Sets: stagehand experience, theater experience helpful, physical lifting, spacial awareness skills, problem-solving
Perks: Admission to ASP Weekend concerts/ some paid crew positions
Project: Clean Up Crews
Event Time: All Souls Procession Ceremony Nov. 9th 10pm/ Nov. 10th 10am
Number of Volunteers: 20
Activities: Clean up trash on Finale site night and Gateway at Grande avenue
Skill Sets: Bending over, sorting, walking
Perks: Admission to After Party/ Group Lunch
Project: Merchandise Sales
Event Description: All Souls Procession Events * full schedule available upon sign-up
Number of Volunteers: 4 per event
Activities: Set-up Merch Booth, Sales, Run Square app- process PP, Venmo
Skill Sets: Counting money, making change, running apps: square, PP, apple pay and Venmo, folding and organizing, retail sales exp. Helpful, customer service
